After degrade the version of "@react-native-community/netinfo" from the current version 11.3.1 to "9.3.10", it will work perfectly fine for me.

Also experiencing the same on 11.1.0 and expo 50.
If anyone knows of a temporary workaround, that would be appreciated :)

This issue seems to be specific to the React Native version. When I tested it with React Native version 0.74.0 along with "@react-native-community/netinfo": "^11.3.1", the problem did not occur, indicating that it is likely related to compatibility with certain versions of React Native.
