css highlighting doesn't seem to work about react-simple-code-editor HOT 4 OPEN

As pointed out in different issues, the example code does not include the theme import. I added a theme import which solved it, ex:

import 'prismjs/themes/prism-funky.css';

We really need a documentation update to show that this is needed!

If I want to use theme okaidia, and I try to import { okaidia } from 'prismjs/themes';

I get cannot find module prismjs/themes

This hasn't been updated in a long time, but figured i would put my solution down just in case someone also has a similar setup.

my issue was my global resetter (*, *::before, *::after) was overriding the font family. Putting

pre,
code {
  *,
  *::before,
  *::after {
    @apply font-mono;
  }
}

fixed the issue for me. (note you dont need to use tw applys, you can just write how you normally would if you use normal css)
