[BUG] Testing react-tooltip with modal result to a failed about react-tooltip HOT 1 CLOSED

I determine that the bug happened between React-Tooltip since 5.7.5. The second test pass in 5.7.4 and fail in 5.7.5.

I made a workaround with adding act() around render like this :

 await act(async () => render( <>
    <ReactModal isOpen={true}>
      <span data-tooltip-id={"my-id"} data-tooltip-content={"Foo"}>Lorem Ipsum</span>
    </ReactModal>

    <Tooltip id={"my-id"}  />
  </>)

Not really clean because it triggered the eslint rule testing-library/no-unnecessary-act due to render() is synchronous but work..
