Display error message if search is down about readarr HOT 6 CLOSED

I don't think this should be closed. There is a valid use case for this ask. If we close this with the shown related issue, it's the same as removing functionally for indexer errors and asking the user to look at each indexer for status.

Additionally, Discord support gets overwhelmed with reports of search failing.
This solution could alleviate much of those inquiries by informing the user that search is unavailable/down.
