Ohhh a Sonic Riders ST, thats so cool! Anyways, there is documentation for this on this repo's wiki, however looking at the files, it seems like you have been using Melee's ST as a base, which is years behind in updates. The process of creating an executable for that isn't intuitive, but believe me, you're not the first one.
