TokenReader.prototype.read_regx about jsdoc-toolkit HOT 2 CLOSED

Reproducing the error is easy, I just started a file with a regex. This seems 
like an
unlikely thing to happen in the wild, but it certainly is a bug that I don't 
handle
it when it does happen. The fix is slightly more complex, because your solution 
would
simply ignore the regex in that case. I'm going to add this fix to the next 
release:
