Just using the DROP statement would leave around triggers and related records in the internal tables. We'll add in the following to v0.1.2:

• an overwrite option on the create_feature_class and create_table methods (as well as on the create class methods on FeatureClass and Table.
• drop methods on the FeatureClass and Table classes

Could we also add an option to update the bounding coords in the gpkg_contents table as well? That would allow the "zoom to layer" functionality to work in things like QGIS and ArcGIS.
