Getting the int handles to vulkan objects. about vulkan HOT 1 CLOSED

Another case of me finding my own answer, but for anyone that might be wandering:
One has to cast the cdata Vk<object_type>_T* to the uint type specified in the spec.
So for the object I wanted to cast, I did:

...
objectHandle = int(ffi.cast("uint64_t", <cdata vulkan object>)),
...

just as a note...sadly vkSetDebugUtilsObjectNameEXT needs VkDevice as it's first parameter, and thus I can't set an object name for the VkDevice or the VkInstance. But apparently anything after VkDevice is a free game for the set Object Name
