Valid time support about recallgraph HOT 1 OPEN

@bermi Thanks for taking the time to evaluate RecallGraph. I have received this feedback (the need for valid time) on other channels, and also strongly felt it was required while preparing/explaining business use cases and while building my own applications on top of RG.

As of now, this stands as the no. 1 priority on the feature list (for v2). There are a few pending patches/test cases to be built for v1 though and this (valid time) would be picked immediately afterwards (as part of the v2 release).

However, it is difficult to commit to a timeline at this moment, since I'm the sole developer for RG, and get pulled into other commitments from time to time.
