usernames are hardcoded only in the sense that we automatically subscribe the 'lheinric' user to new requests and once we process them 'lheinric' also accepts the requests and uploads them. submitting requests as a different user already works.
e.g.
http://recast-demo.cern.ch:8000/recast/request/526f2201-0f61-ae04-15c5-3ee7e3231cc7
this diverges a bit with the original interaction model where specific users would accept requests and process them. with a automated backend, maybe this is not a good metaphor anymore.
