multi + smembers about node-redis HOT 4 CLOSED

I think I found this one. Nested multi-bulk replies with null values don't parse properly.

Repro:

client.multi([
    ["smembers", ["some set"], redis.print],
    ["del", ["some set"], redis.print],
    ["smembers", ["some set"], redis.print],
]);

I'll work up a fix.
