[Bug?]: Invalid SDL generated with certain Prisma models that lack editable fields about redwood HOT 2 OPEN

@Tobbe Thoughts on a fix? Warn about invalid models or don't create the mutations.

I will have to check if scaffolding then will attempt to create the edit, new assets and the UI/forms, etc.

Might be more refactoring that just on sdl/service api side code generation.

I've ran into this myself. But it was a while ago... Skipping those models, and informing the user on why seems like the correct solution. But I also don't know exactly how much that would affect (scaffolding, type gen etc).

For now I don't think we should spend too much time on this. We've had this behavior for years, and not a lot of people complain about it.

But it'd be perfect for someone from the community to try to fix!
