Question: when following the example from the readme: no extra ExceptionDetails in the log about serilog.exceptions HOT 2 CLOSED

Added note:
after enabling debugging with
Serilog.Debugging.SelfLog.Enable(msg => System.Diagnostics.Debug.WriteLine(msg));

it appears that under the hood an exception is thrown, System.Reflection.TargetParameterCountException: Parameter count mismatch.

Possibly ReflectionBasedDestructurer.DestructureObject has to avoid indexed parameters....
by adding the following extra condition in the where-clause:
!x.GetIndexParameters().Any()

(see serilog/serilog#170 for a similar issue in Serilog itself).
