I would like for this feature to be implemented, it's been asked for 8 years, and yet it seems that nobody even tried. I'll look into the code and try to make it, but don't expect anything since i'm not really a mod developer.

I think it would be great if such a setting doesn't change the original fov of the entire camera and rather works as a offset.
Like -10 of the current FOV setting, that allows to adjust the whole file at the end a little bit without changing all the keyframes later.
