shah-smit, looking at your project I see that you are injecting CircuitBreakerRegistry in a unit test, this is the cause of the error "UnsatisfiedDependencyException"
To use CircuitBreakerRegistry, you must initialize the Spring context (with integration-test). Just add the annotation @SpringBootTest in your class HomeServiceUnitTest.
I see too that your pom is missing the actuator, and this error should be happen resilience4j/resilience4j#731
To solve just add:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-actuator</artifactId>
<version>2.2.5.RELEASE</version>
</dependency>

Hi,
sorry, the question is not clear to me.
What do you want to do? Do you want to check the CircuitBreaker with name backendC in your tests?
Just inject a CircuitBreakerRegistry see AbstractCircuitBreakerTest.
@Autowired
protected CircuitBreakerRegistry registry;
and then
CircuitBreaker circuitBreaker = registry.circuitBreaker("backendC");

I manage to try that and It worked :) - However I saw a new problem that

It is throwing the below issue with my maven project but not with your Gradle project, by any chance you have have seen the issue before? I have tried to replicate the issue here: https://github.com/shah-smit/Resilience4j-Spring-Boot-demo
