I think it's better to let users to handle http error themselves.
Besides, this lib is based on requests and aiohttp, they've already handled connection error retry well.

requests by default (in HTTPAdapter) does not retry a call:
https://github.com/requests/requests/blob/master/requests/adapters.py#L49
so etcd3-py does not retry as well:
https://github.com/Revolution1/etcd3-py/blob/master/etcd3/client.py#L100
It would be nice to have a 'max_retries' or 'retry' keyword to cover that during client creation.
I would like to be able to set retries for the whole client.
