I'm experiencing the same issue. When showing documentation it displays fine
but when opening the WSDL this is produced:
- File: ../php-wsdl/class.phpwsdlformatter.php
- Line: 158
- Detail: Uninitialized string offset: -1

Circumvented with "manually defining "
