 def test_joblib_pickle(self): 

 est1 = self.estimator_class(**self.kwargs) 

 est1.fit(self.X_train, self.y_train) 

 y_pred1 = est1.predict(self.X_test)

where estimator_class can be RGFRegressor, RGFClassifier, FastRGFRegressor or FastRGFClassifier.

I can't understand why keras is in your traceback. You can post the whole code, if you wish to find the mistake, because

from sklearn.externals import joblib
joblib.dump(clf,'fastrgf_model.pkl')
clf=joblib.load('fastrgf_model.pkl')

works fine.
