Ok, you have to launch package sp first, the following code will work :
suppressPackageStartupMessages(library(osrm))
library(sp)
# Load data
data("com")
# Get isochones with a SpatialPointsDataFrame, custom breaks
iso <- osrmIsochrone(loc = src[6,], breaks = seq(from = 0,to = 30, by = 5))
plot(iso)Thanks for the bug report, I'll correct this import problem in the next version of osrm.

Requiring rgeos
Apologies if it's an error on my part but if I run:

Then my R session crashes. If I also uselibrary(rgeos) then it's fine. Not sure if that means anything but just wanted to note it.
My session info:

Running under: macOS Sierra 10.12.3
