This is a bit tricky, and I don't know if I can find the time for stuff like that.
There are at least two approaches that come to mind for this:
- Support all HTML tags
- Support only a subset (for Markdown) and ignore/pass through the rest
The first solution would mean writing a HTML renderer, which is totally out of the scope of this project.
The second solution would be easier but would still have many edge cases and tricky things. Maybe I find some time to play around with this idea a little ... but I can't promise anything here.
