Another problem exist when you have a timestamp value or UTC date, but only make sense year, month and day (not hours and minutes), so in this case instead of "1 hour ago" could be great "today".
What do you think?

@cnipete Please take note that this feature isn't really necessary. You can always opt to avoid the class on the time elements that are older than a particular date from the server side. In other words, Timeago wouldn't have an opportunity to match the selector of those elements.
Still, a rewrite of timeago is (hopefully) coming soon and I'll see if I can incorporate something like this often requested feature into the lineup.

Sorry for neglecting this project somewhat, but I'm on a kick to refocus efforts again while planning a 2.0 (rewrite) release. Closing this out. I'm putting my eggs on this feature into PR #21. Please follow that thread if interested in seeing the feature in a 1.x release.
