Hello ForrestCKoch,
Thank you for directly providing such extensive information, this certainly helps in debugging the issue.
The problem you are facing is that your graphics cards are unfortunately too old to run MDT. MDT requires OpenCL 1.2 to be able to operate. A quick google search revealed that your cards only support OpenCL 1.1.
What I would suggest is trying to install either the Intel OpenCL drivers (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/intel-opencl-runtime/) or the POCL OpenCL driver (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/pocl/) to try and run MDT using the CPU.

My bad! I didn't realize my OpenCL version was too low. I've installed the Intel drivers as suggested and it appears to work now.
