Manual feedings, for example, require user action (either via executing a manual feeding in the HA UI or by accomplishing the same via a service call through an automation), which means this is likely tied to a configuration you have made on your system.

A virtual button was created via node-red to sync to HomeKit to control the feeder's temporary feeding.

Disable any automations related to the feeder in both Home Assistant and node red and I think you'll find that it won't happen.

After that, you'll need to rework whatever logic you are using and determine why commands are getting sent during your scenarios.

As I mentioned above, the integration doesn't send any commands on its own, so this is related to a logical bug in one of your automations that is triggering the integration to send the manual feeding command.
