@Adman Just FYI: I've already set up the GitHub actions for the docs (https://robocupjuniortc.github.io/rcj-soccer-sim/, see the config at https://github.com/RoboCupJuniorTC/rcj-soccer-sim/blob/master/.github/workflows/docs.yml), so I guess it should be relatively straightforward to set it in there.

I believe our long-term policy ought to be that the "simulator" ought not to have any outside dependencies (I don't even what to know what installing them on Windows would entail) but there are some packages that can be of help when it comes to its development.

Yeah, simulator will be without dependencies, those can be installed when contributing to the simulator itself / creating PR
