Hey there. I find the _else a little imcompatible with the way <!--(bake)--> tasks are written. However I added a ! (not) to the _if statments. This allows you to achieve an else by using it as such:
<!--(bake include/template.html _if="name")-->
<!--(bake include/template.html _if="!name")-->Hope that works for you.
Upgrade to version 0.3.9
from grunt-bake.
