This would also allow user defined styles. There seems to be real need for this kind
of functionality (see e.g issue 44 which I'll close as a duplicate to this) so I
raise the priority.

It should be possible to both have a template that is used for new files and keep the
formatting used in opened files.

The main focus of 0.13 release is enhancing support for variables. These
our out of the scope.

I strongly support this enhancement. We've recently ported some tests from an older
in-house test automation framework into Robot Framework (RF). These tests were
expressed in CSV files, so they were easy to convert to RF TSV files by adding Test
Name and Action columns at the left and some additional rows at the top and bottom to
make them look like RF Test Suite files. The problem is that we MUST be able to edit
these VERY LARGE files with the original record structure in tact. If we use RIDE on
these files then it arbitrarily changes the number of columns and uses continuation
lines. This means that we cannot use RIDE on all these ported TSV files until this
"use my configured number of columns" feature is implemented.

We want to include issue 106 in the next release and, because we think that's easiest
done using templates, this issue mus be included in it too.

It is now possible to define a template that will be used for serializing html files.

The template can be defined with setting default_template.

Before this issue can be close, it must be documented in the Wiki.
