I have never used lightdm, but looking at the profile, I would guess lightdm hit /etc/X11/Xsession rPx,, it then runs /{usr/,}bin/enlightenment_start or sway. As they is no profile for them, it runs unconfined.
Now, lightdm has nothing to do with these two programs. So you might need to have to put some audit mode on some rules you suspec to actually check what is going on.
Ultimately, there is no profile for xfce4-session, so the only way it can be run is by a rPUx rule or from another unconfined program.
