The ini should more or less map to the setting window you found in the program,
so
these settings should go in the cfg file, along with the palette, for example.

Implemented in r187. I know it was a Milsetone 2.0 thing, but in my defense it
allowed me to test the forward compatibility of the gfx2.cfg file :)
