Minimal window size about grafx2 HOT 3 CLOSED

Which platform?
I made 320x200 the minimum, normally even if you drag your window smaller, it
re-opens a 320x200 SDL window.
Maybe you did while a menu was open.. I only change the window size (in 
reaction to
the resize) in the main loop, with all windows closed, because many windows are 
not
able to redraw themselves completely.
I searched but apparently it's impossible to set the window unresizable while 
menus
are open - or to do it, I need to reopen the window, which requires a full 
redraw
again...

Ah I see what I did wrong
At the beginning of Initialiser_mode_video(), I converted the arguments BEFORE
checking  if a change was needed.
I need to remove the change you made in r192 too :)
The if() in Initialiser_mode_video() needs the actual window size, because the 
user
HAS reduced the window size.

Fixed in r197
