Some buttons in lobby are not visible if lobby window is too small about nullpomino HOT 6 CLOSED

I made a workaround in r619, but I think we'll need a nice-looking toolbar in 
the future.

Zircean, I don't like menu bar, menu bars are pretty much passe those days. 
Wouldn't it be better to have just menu button that will popup menu, kinda like 
Opera browser has?

I figured this was the simplest way to get around this issue while allotting 
for an arbitrary number of options. I can try implementing the button menu, 
which should not be hard, because that's essentially what a JMenu is :P I'll 
just have to convert it to a JPopupMenu instead.

Where would the button go, though?

well i would call it "Options" and put between "1P Game" and "Disconnect" for 
lobby screen.

I added a popup menu and a "Options" button that brings up the menu in r697.
But I think we'll need a toolbar with good icons. (for example, some versions 
of gTetrinet has icons on toolbar:
