You would have to create templates for this. The system already comes with a template which you can use by adding this to your hosts use windows , but you can certainly add more to it.

I did this but there were no services in each of my hosts. So I decided to copy my contacst+hosts+packs+resources from a working installation to the custom_configs directory and now I can see the services on each host but they all state [Errno 2] No such file or directory for each service... what am I missing?

This error is usually an indication that the path to your commands might be incorrect in your commands.cfg file. Something similar to this question: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39855611/failed-errno-is-2-no-such-file-or-directory
