Now that pityoulish.tutorial uses a message catalog, the Tutorial description needs to be updated. There is an additional utility package pityoulish.i18n, which students should ignore.

The pityoulish.sockets.tlv package contains hard-coded exception messages.

Won't fix. Those are runtime exceptions, indicating incorrect usage of the API or invalid input data. Incorrect usage should be fixed. Invalid input data should be reported with a generic NLS-enabled message by the layer that obtained the input data.
