There is no reason to use Manjaro instead of Arch at the moment, since the GUI support in WSL has bad performance (no hw acceleration atm) and requires several hacks to work. Otoh, if manjaro does have a docker image, you should be able to make a pull-request on the preinstall script to add manjaro to the arch-like distros.
