Are you able to run this with GDB?

Try running backtrace after it crashes and use that to find where it is failing.
I suspect it is a library dependency issue, but I could be wrong.
You are building the master branch, and built GTSAM with the on-manifold preintregration?

Also you could try checking out the commit in the GTSAM codebase that we developed off of:
c21186c6212798e665da6b5015296713ddfe8c1d
Have not been tracking what has changed, so this might fix any issues you are having.

Yes, GTSAM was the reason.
When i have installed GTSAM on this commit, It works well.
