First of all your update does fix VM cloning - great!
Unfortunately your fix does not fix all of the issues of the original Delete VM with snapshot:
It seems to leave behind a disk (maybe the snapshot disk?), although i marked the snapshot to be deleted aswell.
But no visible errors so far.
However scanning the SR fails because the VHD in ceph is deleted - which is ok. But Citrix still thinks it exists:

Sorry forgot to mention: This only seems to happen when i clone a VM, then take a snapshot and afterwards delete the VM including all Snapshots.
Normal fresh created VM with snapshot can be deleted fine now. So your fix is working. But in special case for a fast cloned VM it's broken.

I guess you receive this error due to wrong attached attribute in sm_config due ti previous error.
Try this:
xe vdi-forget uuid=33dd263e-934f-4094-8794-0ec024870835
xe sr-scan uuid=2C740292-44FC-40F6-9949-1F68E59B9024
Now try to delete the VDI
from rbdsr.
