You have an extra ; in the footerCallback:

@mattwg No worries. It was not your fault. The JavaScript code in the documentation had that extra semi-colon. I did not discover it at the first glance either. I just looked at the JavaScript console in Chrome and realized the error. That said, the author has fixed the error and hopefully the example page will be rebuilt soon.
