@valkuc try to set webhook option useHttps to true. According to:
the SSL plugin for Javalin is only initialized when this flag is enabled.
try (final var webhookApplication = new TelegramBotsWebhookApplication(WebhookOptions.builder().useHttps(true).enableRequestLogging(true).build())) {from telegrambots.
