Expose an api to share partner information to the diaper app about partner HOT 7 CLOSED

@vikasnautiyal Hey there! we would love to have you contribute.

So since this involves integration with the other app, and we don't have features built out, we won't be able to do full integration. But you can still write tests to verify your work.

You can start off by assuming the Partner has already been approved. So you can create a FactoryBot for that Partner with the attribute partner_status as approved and go from there. I've updated the issue with the request payload. You can write request specs for this as well to test the flow.

So assume you will get a GET request at /api/v1/partners/:id. You will return the partner with all the information I've added in the issue.
