Bot commands about kbtui HOT 3 OPEN

Maybe a cmdBot.go command to enable and disable bot responses? Or an update to cmdSet.go

@Rudi9719 this sounds good as well. do you feel this could be a modular interface with --arg-flags so on binary boot you can feature flag certain bot commands?

On the repo side, this would probably just be adding an interface to run through "bot commands" like regular commands, that way users can build and compile bot commands the same way they would kbtui commands. How the user would implement them and/or activate them would entirely be on the user, I would suggest mage, or using build flag headers
