My initial feeling is that this is related to one of the templates that it's trying to render.

The issue that caused the error was tied to this repo: https://github.com/runwhen-contrib/rw-public-codecollection

• I simply reverted the previous commit I had made (this is the fixed commit runwhen-contrib/rw-public-codecollection@52d1bb4)

For a little history / context:

• these rules used to live in the runwhen-local container image - which was a short term solution for the initial build/release, but wasn't scalable. That said, it did benefit from easier testing/validation since a new version would be released and tested when new rules were added.
• We then moved the rules alongside the troubleshooting code in a .runwhen directory, which means that we don't need a new version of runwhen-local to be created every time a new rule is added (this is a necessary step to easily grow the library without needing to download a new image) - this was a very recent change
• We also recently added the ability to specify custom codecollection repositories, which for me, enables better testing capabilities (eg. I can test rules in a forked repository without affecting the main library) - however I only started with that this morning after trying to tweak those rules (which caused the error) - and my local test env had a cache that didn't surface up the issue.
