你说的没错，本书计划就是根据 Rust 发布新版后（英文文档也跟随着切换到一个新的稳定版），也作出相应的调整，只限于精力，很多时候只能优秀对局部调整，接下来过年可能会抽时间进行较为全面的更新。
现暂时针对你提出的部分先调整过来，后续再对本仓库的 CONTRIBUTING.md 文件补充下贡献详细指南，让大家能更好的参与进来完善文档内容。

我以我的角度告诉你，不代表翻译团队，因为我并不是翻译成员：
- 你说得对，现在的翻译内容已经和官方有了明显的差距，肯定要更新。
- 甚至这个 Issue 都是我开的，可是我没有能力翻译，机翻太生硬了。
- 而当前没有对应的团队可以更新，这是开源项目，用爱发电的，有人做那确实很好，可没人做，那就是没人做。
- 你可以看到的是，@aaranxu 没有来维护了，我甚至连 #132 都无法解决。
综上所述，我个人无法对内容做出准确更新，主要的技术栈也不是 Rust，如果你有兴趣更新翻译，我可以辅助合并 PR。
