Use sessionStorage to handle reload/refreshes of cmi5 launches

The WG made this a "best practice" and we could consider implementing it. It is not an insignificant amount of work because it basically requires maintaining the session state in the browser sessionStorage to not cause issues with getting the session into a weird state.

`returnUrl` should be `returnURL`

Just as the title suggests, the spec uses all caps for URL.

Can I use this outside LMS?

First of all thank you for a great plugin. I just wanted to ask if I can use this outside the LMS. I have LRS setup. What are the things to consider or additional setup?
