regex_error about sift4g HOT 5 CLOSED

the error is usually tied with gcc version less than 4.9. What does g++ --version print when you run it?

i use conda install sift4g，also appear same issue ，so what can i do to resolve

I would advise compiling from source and make sure you have a valid compiler version. Using the bioconda executable might not work due to SIMD instructions.
