Blank Page about sailng HOT 4 CLOSED

I get the following errors on the console:

Error: [$location:nobase] $location in HTML5 mode requires a tag to be present!
Error: [$compile:ctreq] Controller 'ngInclude', required by directive 'ngInclude', can't be found!

from sailng.

in app.js change this line:
| $locationProvider.html5Mode(true);
to: |
| | | + |
| | | + $locationProvider.html5Mode({ |
| | | + enabled: true, |
| | | + requireBase: false |
| | | + }); |

 or add the base tag in  layout.ejs
