Which version of the parser are you using? Parsing your file with the version of the current master branch yields no errors for me.

You stack trace says otherwise: there is no CSSParser class anymore, the parser now resides under \Sabberworm\CSS\Parser.

Oh, for some reason I was using the v0.9 tag instead of the trunk, sorry.
