I am referring to the paper by Lopez-Dominguez et al. https://www.mdpi.com/2075-1729/11/4/299. But let me ask them directly first before you are going to spend time on it :-)

Hi Aldo,
sorry to hear that you didn't get any reply. You could access older versions of dorothea from the Bioconductor archive. Given that the paper was submitted in January 2021 I would assume the authors used the version 1.2.0
but please note that this is only a guess
