Update;
My user has again admin privileges and even with 0.3.x I'm able to connect again via VPN.
dev eth1 shows again with ip a command:

That didn't happen with an unpriveleged user. I would like to understand the reason although as long I can use it that would be good enough
from wsl-vpnkit.
