Order syncronization about b2c-crm-sync HOT 3 CLOSED

@skypeppe Based on the functionality list - it doesn't support order sync. The trigger could be possibly related to the creation of customers as part of guest order checkout.

@maheshgeorge is totally right. b2c-crm-sync is a purely crm (customer) sync enablement solution that syncs customer data. What you have seen in the code is customer synchronization logic during order placement events. For example, I could change my personal information during order placement and therefore we wish that information to be sync in our crm. For order-sync functionality, you need to develop such a capability yourself as of today or consider Salesforce Order Management product which comes nativly with order-sync flows.

You are both right. This feature is not in the scope of this framework, which aims to be CRM-oriented.
Nothing prevents you to use b2c-crm-sync as a base and develop a b2c-order-sync-like that leverages b2c-crm-sync under the hood.

Closing this issue as it won't be addressed.
