If anything you should deprecate them in a 6.6 release of hydra head.

@jcoyne Just realized these are protected methods, which may be why they weren't deprecated. The only people who will have issues are those who override #apply_role_permissions and #apply_individual_permissions b/c they will not be included in solr_access_filters_logic in hydra-head 7.0.
