You might find this documentation helpful for SaaS-Registry and Approuter integration.

Normally there is automator.js which handles the route creation for that specific tenant on subscription. You can not go your tenants application instance from provider subaccount url. That is pretty normal.

But what is not normal is that route is not created automatically for you.

1. Can you first unsubscribe from your tenant and then check your credentials store steps as mentioned here?
2. And also please make sure that the btp-admin-user credentials are Global Account Administrator, in your SAP BTP Account and in the same time it should be a Subaccount Administrator CF Org Member and Space Developer in your provider subaccount.
3. Subscribe and try again.
